Mr. Fitness

They say a picture is worth a thousand words but
pictures can be deceptive. Most people assume that I
have always been fit because of the way I look today.
Yet, that assumption is furthest from reality. When
people see me, they are looking at a work in progress.
In January 2008, I weighed 316lbs. with over 30%
body fat. The odds thing is I didn't think I was fat nor
out of shape. However, I soon found out how out of
shape I was when one of my closest friends asked me
to assist them with their weight loss.

Life Begins

Due to my extensive fitness background in martial
arts, body building, personal training; my friend
asked if I would help them get in shape in June 2006.
Soon thereafter, I found out how out of shape I had
truly become
(HOW DID YOU FIND YOU WERE
OUT OF SHAPE?)
. At that point, I had already
committed myself to teaching, assisting and
motivating others to live healthier and more
prosperous lives. So I added, "
Lead by Example" to
my list.

Education, experience and my personal "
battle with
the bulge
" enables me to assist many with their
fitness goals. My motto is "
Yes, if  I can do it, you can
too!
" The core of your success rate is "belief." The first
belief to have is that you can reach your goal. Then
you put your belief to action by making life enriching
changes. It's not about a diet or a weight loss plan, it's
a lifestyle; a lifestyle that will lead to a healthier, more
enjoyable and longer life

It has become my life
commitment to helping others
become healthier via exercise, nutrition and healthy
thinking. I offer
1 on 1 Personal Training, Fitness
Classes
as well as Online Virtual Personal Training.
Get Active

If you think of getting
active as one more
thing on your long to-do
list, you'll never get
moving. That's why
we're here -- to offer
tools that make it easy
to integrate activity into
your daily life.

You don't need to go to
the gym 5 times a week
to be healthy. For
instance, did you know
that a 45 minute walk at
a brisk pace (3 to 4
miles an hour) can burn
up to 300 calories? Or
that by making small
changes in your daily
routine -- like parking
further away, taking the
stairs, and playing
active games with your
kids -- you can start
living an active, healthy
life?
